To prepare global-ready graduates for a workforce that requires inter- and multi-cultural competencies that ensure success in dealing with the serious social, political, and environmental threats that have come about from the advance of globalization, institutions of higher education must change their priorities and objectives and include pivotal international educational experiences in their curricula.
